• Drive the interpretation of CORE methodology and implementation of CORE tools as an operating system to progress towards OS Maturity level for the sites in the region.
• Partner with the site leads and oversees internal CORE trainings and leads, coordinates and facilitates problem solving and continuous improvement events.
• Implement and support a process of Continuous Improvement to achieve highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction at competitive costs for the region.
• Provide advice and facilitation during project selection, scoping, delivery and review to ensure effective application of CORE tools and alignment with business vision and strategy.
• Analyze monthly leading and lagging performance metrics and recommend process changes to ensure that organization objectives in the areas of cost, productivity and quality are on plan.
• Act as a CORE Principal to mentor, coach, support, influence and develop site ACE managers and other key stakeholders to improve their professional skills and have a positive impact on the achievement of operational results.
• Promote culture improvements by benchmarking and sharing best practices, introducing, driving and sustaining CORE concepts and methodology within the region including high level of proficiency in the following areas:
• Managing for Daily Improvement

• Advanced Problem solving
• Value Stream Management (Including Mixed Model)
• Process Certification including PFMEA / DFMEA activities
• Complex Kaizen Events including Manufacturing Cell Design, Manufacturing Standard Work and Standard Work Combination Sheet development.

• Facilitate the linkage and alignment between the regional sites and the central support functions.
• Ensure proper standardization of practices across the region.
• Lead large and complex transformation initiatives that identify, design and implement creative business and technology solutions focused on continuous improvement.
• Set the direction for the application of CORE tools and methodologies in business and manufacturing environments to drive best in class processes while working to become a recognized CORE Expert/ CORE Principal.
• Facilitate Lean Leadership Weeks and ACE IT events with ability to lead and coach site ACE managers and site leaders in executing kickoff, leader walks, daily and final out briefs.
• Provide specialized expertise for the content of CORE training materials to ensure a successful CORE Certification Program.
• Develop and implement lean, continuous improvement, and six sigma (Process Certification) processes in accordance with the CORE Criteria and program directives

Education & Requirement

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• Recognized master within discipline, having deep knowledge of theory and organizational practices within a specific discipline.
• At least 10 years of working experience leading Continuous Improvement.
• Experience with LEAN and advanced problem solving tools.
• Dynamic, highly driven and able to adapt to a fast pace business environment.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Participate in EH&S and quality audits and inspections when required
• Experience of leading site or willing to lead site
