This leading advisory firm specialise in critical issues and corporate reputation \xe2\x80\x93 advising the world\xe2\x80\x99s top companies on how to navigate the full spectrum of challenges that face them both now, and in the future, anticipating and strategizing in the quickly evolving arenas of politics, crisis management, media relations, employee engagement, corporate responsibility, reputation management and capital markets.

This role sits with the APAC insights arm of the business. They are on the lookout for a new senior research specialist to be based in Singapore (Hong Kong or Sydney would also be an option), working alongside the smart team of communications advisors, and remotely with your global insights colleagues to deliver cutting edge research solutions. You will continue to work end-to-end on the design and delivery of a range of research solutions, integrating both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, overseeing logistics on projects, managing key relationships with clients, developing new business and growing your team. At Director-level you will have the personality and communication skills to quickly establish your expertise, build trust and advise on research deliverables in a client facing role.

Clients will be both internal stakeholders and blue chip corporations spanning retail, services, utilities, government, financial organisations. Thought leadership will also be a key part of your role, and you will enjoy developing content and being an industry voice. You will constantly be asking the big questions, developing both new and existing relationships by displaying an impressive ability to diagnose pain points and strategize for the future .

About you:

  • c8-12 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience. We are interested in speaking to those with insights experience within communications/PR companies, research agencies, corporate reputation, political campaigns, and management consulting
  • Entrepreneurial, flexible and able to work across multiple methodologies
  • Ability to be strategic and creative in your approaches. A one size fits all approach will not work here
  • Know how to sell and conceptualise work and LOVE research
  • Deep understanding & experience with local businesses in APAC
  • Local language capabilities advantageous though not an essential requirement
