Associate Director, Legal Manufacturing

Job Description
My client is currently looking for a Associate Director, Legal to be based in Singapore. This will be part of a team which is based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Legal.
Responsibilities:
- draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements and supporting documents
- provide sound, coherent and practical legal advice on matters relating to the day-to-day activities of the organisation
- contribute to legal, compliance and regulatory policy formation and implementation
- advise on general, corporate and commercial matters across business and corporate units
- participate in regional projects and assume responsibility for ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Chief Legal Counsel
- support various departments on commercial projects
- conduct research and updates into areas of laws for regulatory and statutory updates.
- Professional law degree, with minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience working with commercial transaction, contracts and regulated industries
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Strong drafting and negotiating experience.
