Role Summary

Responsibilities will include executing key elements of the eClerx strategy for the client as well as developing a pipeline of value-based revenue opportunities and fostering new strategic initiatives. By establishing and growing business and technical relationships as well as managing the interactions with key sponsors, this individual will be responsible for driving growth and further adoption and integration of eClerx business.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of experience allowing for effective engagement with client at several levels, including business development, product, marketing, and MarTech. He/she should also have demonstrated ability to think strategically about new business models, existing scale challenges as well as build and convey compelling value propositions and drive innovation with client.

The position also requires experience working with Marketing Ops services along with working knowledge of service delivery, business operations, and cross-functional team management.

Responsibility Areas:

  • Driving client partnership with strategic influence and intent, whilst being the focal point for day-to-day client interaction, digital campaign planning and service delivery across the offshore teams.
  • Managing dot.com and digital campaigns across a portfolio of brands for Client on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Act as agency lead across Client portfolio, partnering with the client teams internally and managing the offshore teams in India. Live and breathe the brand ethos, full understanding of Client\xe2\x80\x99s way of working and ensuring the teams are delivering on work that is up to mark.
  • Build and execute the strategy to grow the commercial and strategic relationship with client.
  • Assist in delivering high quality digital, and any dot.com related campaigns end-to-end, in line with agreed brand plans and objectives. Apply best practices where relevant.
  • Own and drive revenue growth by identifying new joint initiatives, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, best practice implementations, that meet client needs and strategic objectives.
  • Develop relationships and credibility required to effectively convey the value of eClerx Services and vision including C-level executives.
  • Negotiate favourable commercial terms, contracts and agreements that create sustainable, long term value for eClerx and client.
  • Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across eClerx globally such as Ops, Tech, Analytics, and functional consultants as appropriate to achieve desired results.
  • Serve as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement. As the voice of client, based on learnings, provide valuable insights on service enhancements.
  • Should understand the services offered by eClerx to client and provide first level consulting/solution to client.
  • Interpret the client\xe2\x80\x99s business needs into clear digital briefs.
  • Drive engagement with offshore leadership to ensure client requirements/objectives and vision outlined is aligned with their goals.
  • Assist in delivering high quality digital, and any dot.com related campaigns end-to-end, in line with agreed brand plans and objectives. Apply best practices where relevant.
  • Manage client escalations and engage relevant internal & external teams as appropriate to drive closure.
  • Deep-dive and engage with relevant client stakeholders to address gaps/identify opportunities.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to client and internal stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years Account Management experience and have the aptitude and desire to lead a team.

The following attributes are also essential:
  • Digital agency experience is essential. Experience on large scale multinational brands and/or in Fintech/banking industry would be advantageous.
  • Proven experience in leading a team, including external agency partners.
  • Ability to think commercially and understand real return on investment.
  • Strong focus on strategy & execution.
  • Strong project management skills leveraging Agile practices.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, dot com and decent understanding of digital marketing analytics and best practices.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Results oriented, analytical, self-motivated and a \xe2\x80\x9chands on\xe2\x80\x9d person with proven ability to meet objectives and targets.
  • Role based in Singapore and can also have 25% Travel globally.
  • Flexible work timing to support global client.
  • Ability to lead a team, including offshore and any external agencies, in both work-from-home or work-from-office environments.
  • Recognizes and understands critical cultural approaches to doing business globally.
  • Executive presentation skills; including in-person, written, and verbal.
