Associate Director Operations We are a direct-to-consumer health and wellness brand seeking an experienced Associate Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of our operations role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, forecasting, warehouse management, and executing new business development initiatives such as channel expansion and geographical expansion. About Our Company We are a Singapore-based health and wellness brand serving over 30,000 customers worldwide. In just 3 years, we have grown from zero to a multi-million dollar brand in annual revenue. We have over 15 full-time team members. The majority of our team is based in Singapore and we have a growing team of talents based in Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Our brand has been featured in media outlets such as The Straits Times, The Business Times, The Peak, ICON Singapore, Channel News Asia Luxury, and AsiaOne. Your Job Scope

• Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand
• Manage forecasting to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and avoid stock shortages
• Manage warehouse operations to ensure timely order processing, shipping, and delivery
• Identify and execute new business development initiatives such as channel expansion, geographical expansion, and partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that promotional campaigns and product launches are executed smoothly
• Monitor key performance metrics and develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Continuously assess and improve the supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment processes to enhance customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Lead, manage and mentor the operations team to ensure that they are meeting their targets and contributing to the growth of the company.

Work Arrangement This is a full-time position. Official working hours: 9 am - 6.30 pm (SGT GMT+8), Monday - Friday Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, operations management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the direct-to-consumer space
• Proven track record of successfully managing inventory, forecasting, warehouse management, and new business development initiatives
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, and fulfillment operations is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and project management software.
