Join now to be part of the pioneering team to bring this exciting development to life! As the Director of Operations - Food & Beverage, we rely on you to:

• Support the Director of Food & Beverage to improve the profitability of every outlet.
• Optimise the profitability of every outlet.
• Analyse market trends and make suggestions based on latest market and industry trends.
• Assist in maintaining a high standard of service.
• Take responsibility for the branding, revenue and mangement of Food & Beverage colleagues in partnership with the Director of Food & Beverage.
• To be accountable for Food & Beverage-related contracts, inclusive of but not limited to outlets and suppliers.
• Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service.

• Experience working in Food & Beverage environment.
• A friendly, helpful, and trustworthy leader
• Creative with an eye for detail and think out of box.
• Displays curiosity and update on current trends in Food & Beverage industry.
