Acquire qualified New-To-Bank customers through contacts, referrals from clients and business development activities locally
Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers
Engage other departments to get referral opportunities

Achieve individual sales targets for wealth management, treasury products and insurance
Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customised solutions in alignment with the bank\'s standards and industry regulations
Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution
Achieve service standards set by the bank

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills , self-motivation, outstanding ability to sell, strong writing and presentation skills, excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills

Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in any discipline
Possess the relevant certifications e.g. CLI, CGI, HI, M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9 and M9A
At least 3 years relevant sales experience in retail banking
Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in Singapore
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivation, outstanding ability to sell.
Strong writing and presentation skills, excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills
