Associate Director, Product Specialist

Job Description


  • Lead the product specialist team to support technical pre-sales, customer engagement and proposal, deal negotiation and post sales implementation.
  • Deliver product revenue and drive market share growth.
  • Manage and optimise cost to ensure competitiveness and improve profitability.
  • Develop bid strategy and commercial modelling for winning proposals.
  • Provide business case analysis to support pricing proposals and escalations.
  • Manage data centre support and solutions across multiple geography.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with key business and technology partners.
  • Work with engineering and operation team on strategic and customised projects.
  • Identify contractual risks/ issues/potential disputes proactively on projects and propose solutions to management to mitigate such risks/issues.
  • Keep abreast of competition and technology development to ensure solution differentiation.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 10 years relevant experience
  • Certified in one of the following:
  • CDCP/CDCS
  • ITIL
  • PMP
  • Negotiation skill
  • People management skill
  • Financial knowledge
  • DC Operation knowledge
