We are looking for an experienced person to join our business in the Real Estate Portfolio Programme Management team (REPM) as an Associate Director.

REPM are currently delivering some exciting programmes of for a variety of clients across the private and public sectors.

Our programmes cover work across the globe and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the marketplace.

We are seeking a candidate that has experience of leading PMO accounts and has the desire to support the growth of our business with our fast-paced, environment.

This role will be expected to support leadership of the REPM team and take the lead role when delivering scope with a key global client

  • Regional Program Management Office lead (AsPac) responsible for capital project strategy, planning, development, governance, and monitoring of project delivery efforts across Asia Pacific.
  • Mentor and lead a local GPMO team and other 3rd party Project delivery team consultants to deliver excellent client service.
  • Lead project management and cost management efforts for pre-EFM stage (prior to full project funding) and provide oversight assurance over the projects that are managed by the service delivery team once projects become funded and formally sanctioned.
  • Oversee 3rd party project delivery team and consultants to develop high-level schedules based on Critical Path and key milestones.
  • Integrate and drive stakeholder and consultant deliverables in support of project strategic priorities in alignment with delivery expectations and requirements.
  • Assist lead stakeholder engagement for design, cost, and constructability review of projects.
  • Facilitate contractual engagements - support contract negotiation, typically collaborating with the client procurement and legal counsel, including establishment of all consultant business terms.
  • Assist in-house procurement teams on procurement oversight - support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal procurement to improve the RFP and selection process to ensure the best quality selection of resources are employed that have the appropriate level of capability to fulfill the expectations and scope set.
  • Compile and manage governance documentation to align with the initiation of projects, ensuring all governance criteria has been satisfied including stakeholder roles and responsibility mapping and communication strategies.
  • Lead consultant integration and engagement at the appropriate project stages in alignment with RACI and governance charts.
  • Lead regional program cost analysis and assemble information to support strategic decisions.
  • Ensure PACE (GPMO online reporting system) inputs and reporting deadlines and quality are met.
  • Leverage partners and internal global teams to support the identification and creation of best practice process and systems that enable the GPMO Global process.
  • Drive implementation and enhancement of existing systems and process ensuring simplicity and avoidance of double handling is a driving factor of process implementation.
  • Support the day-to-day operational management duties of the REPM operations team, as part of the leadership team you will be required to support the achievement of our strategic goals.
  • Act as or support the commissions leads on our programmes including managing client relations and commercial contractual arrangements.
  • Support the development of programme processes and systems that enable efficient data collection, management, and benchmarking
Qualifications
  • Self-starter and with strong communication and leadership skills, with demonstrable experience communicating at C-suite level and across global audiences
  • Experience in delivering commercial projects and good understanding of cost management at a Regional Programme oversight level.
  • Governance & Process familiarity and experienced with Programme and Project Management best practice systems and processes.
  • Attention to detail in service delivery, communications, and ways of working with others.
  • Demonstrably excellent analytic and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness including the ability to articulate business decisions within the wider context and market trends.
  • Confident leading alone and working as part of a team, with ability to flex according to the needs of the programme.
  • A desire to grow and develop roles into more senior opportunities.
  • Competent user of data management software (for example Excel, online live data reporting systems, SharePoint, etc.) and systems for data cleansing, management, analytics, and quality assurance.
  • Possess an approach to working that covers delivery of tasks and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Leadership experience in the conception, development and implementation of large programmes.
