About Our Client
Our client is an international property developer with global offices including operating in Asia, Dubai, and Australia.
Key responsibilities of this position include oversight and ownership of all real estate acquisitions, maintaining strong relationships with international brokerage firms and SE Asia countries, site selection, disposition strategies, valuation, and strong initiative in identifying and streamlining effective real estate processes.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would have at least 8 years experience in acquisition, investing, and divestments of real estate investments, must have experience in working with industrial assets, vacant land parcels, and would have excellent critical thinking and analysis skills with a team player/collaborative personality.
