Continuously align Aon’s range of services to support client’s strategic objectives;
To maintain smooth and harmonious working relationships with client, their In-house insurance/reinsurance and broking team, various ceding companies, various insurance service providers and Aon Specialty and servicing teams worldwide;
Assist in the preparation and implementation of Medium/Long Term Strategy.
Coordinate insurance and reinsurance placement/broking for the accounts that would be assigned by the Team Head
Assist in the preparation and coordination of client meetings, trips and other special requirements.
To perform excellent technical work in the following areas:
o analysis and management of underwriting information;
o assist in the preparation of client and market presentations (renewal, roadshows and Risk Management presentations)
o assist in the review policy wording, cover notes and related documents;
o coordinate invoicing and premium collection;
o coordinate in the Risk Management/Loss Control Programs;
o assist & coordinate in reinsurance strategy formulation and actual placements;
o coordinate effective claims review and advocacy
To assist develop organic growth opportunities with existing clients including cross-selling other Aon capabilities
To prepare timely reports as follows:
o Quarterly schedule of renewals and new business targets
o Stewardship reports
o Renewal reports
o Claim status reports
Any additional duties/tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with Risk and Insurance Management/Business related curriculum preferred
o At least five (5) years Broking experience in a reinsurance or insurance broking company
o In-depth working knowledge of the insurance business and the clients’ needs as well as all major lines of business
o A team player who is able to multi task in a highly pressurized environment and willingness to travel extensively
o Spoken and written communication in Mandarin &/or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage;
o Skills in Risk Analysis and Insurance Programming is an advantage;
o Effective problem solving, communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
o Good relationship development skills, in dealings with both internal and external customers and stakeholders
