This is an exciting opportunity where they are looking for an experienced Regional Talent Manager who is able to innovate and build up the talent management strategies for the firm.


Adecco is partnering with leading company in the Healthcare space.





  • Focused on running, implementing, and managing programmes in the region: Talent management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Retention Programmes etc.
  • Countries include: Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, China
  • In charge of learning and development portfolio, administration, strengthening staff competencies, succession planning, and establishing strategic objectives.
  • Manage and maintain training databases in order to ensure accurate content and reach relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify areas of learning needs and develop plans to support them accordingly.
  • Coordination with varying teams or related parties for training related matters.
  • Conduct surveys, review productivity programmes, and work processes, and consistently seek areas of improvement
  • Innovate and build Talent Management strategies and design leadership programmes
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 10-15 years of experience in talent management and/or Strategic HR Business Partnering
  • Well-versed in Experience in 9 box matrix models methodology
  • Able to contribute to and translate Global Talent Strategy to APAC strategy and tactics; drive execution and implementation of these actions
  • Strong business acumen, understanding strategy, organizational direction and how they impact tactical execution.
  • Vision and creativity in driving engagement, talent development and acquisition initiatives
  • Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work with any level of business resources.
  • Excellent facilitation, consulting, communication, coaching and influencing skills with high organisational savviness.
  • Strong Project Management and tight-knit collaboration skills
  • Comfortable to travel and working flexibly to meet deadlines and respond to emergency demands. Equal Opportunities:
