Role Responsibilities Areas of Focus . Scope of coverage primarily but not solely includes Wealth Management and Wealth Management Operations across both the Private Bank and the Retail Bank. Promo Role Responsibilities Areas of Focus . Scope of coverage primarily but not solely includes Wealth Management and Wealth Management Operations across both the Private Bank and the Retail Bank. Promote and develop a strong Regulatory and Control landscape (80%) . Perform first level analysis to understand and access the impact to business (WM / PvB) and operations (WMO) with regards to Regulations, internal policies and procedures, and ensure compliance. . Communicate Regulations / Policies and Procedures understanding effectively to all relevant stakeholders and organisational levels to attain buy in and ensure compliance. . Prepare internal regulatory guidance notes, communications, training materials and conduct training sessions to frontline teams on regulatory requirements. . Provide first level regulatory guidance to product, sales assurance, WM COO teams and frontline teams, etc. . Provide inputs to CE team on client complaints, especially pertaining to potential mis-selling cases. . Assist in the development of a view of risk profile for wealth management. . Identify new, thematic and developing risks or gaps. . Participation and involvement in regulatory, compliance and governance reviews - Single Point of Contact representing WM for both Private and Retail WM segments. . Participation on regulatory areas in scope of audits that are relevant to WM (Retail / PvB) and WMO. . Tracking and overseeing reporting of regulatory incidences / breaches including reviewing of breach incident investigation and reporting, root cause analysis, drafting of regulatory letter to MAS on incident reporting for WM (Retail & PvB) and WM Operations. Change management and governance (20%) . Maintain governance oversight on Wealth Management change delivery across Wealth Management Operations in the Private and Retail Banks. . Participate in implementation of Wealth Management projects and processes as required. Key Stakeholders (Covers both Private Bank and Retail Bank) . Country and Group Wealth Management teams .
