Ensure that contractors complete the job according to Singtel's standard operating procedure. Process claims submitted by contractors. Audit documents of Cable Infrastructure work completed by contractors. Assist to prepare Monthly Audit Report. All other duties assigned by the Manager. The Ideal candidate should possess: Diploma in Engineering, Civil or Electrical. 1 year of related telecommunication infrastructure working experience Experience in conducting manhole/fiber/copper testing. High degree of computer literacy including knowledge of applications such as MS Office suite, Data Analytics and RPA would be an added advantage. Able to manage contractors effectively and communicate with internal stakeholders.
