Responsibilities:

• Daily handling and clearing trouble ticket escalated by MSS / TAC L2
• Work with operation and maintenance team for site monitoring and troubleshooting
• Work with planning and optimization team for mobile coverage enhancement
• On site visit if required to perform test with customer and collect logs for analysis
• Proactively follow up and provide resolution to the customer complain
• Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills
• Must be a team player

The Ideal candidate should possess:

• Preferably (but not limited to) 1 to 2 years\' experience in similar industry
• Independent, possess self-initiative and fast learner
• Able to handle routine and extra workload, complete assigned and additional tasks and meet quantitative targets.
• Basic knowledge of 3G / 4G / 5G is a plus
• Singaporean / PR who are currently residing in Singapore are encouraged to apply.
• Class 3 driving license.
