Purpose:
Coordinate with StarHub internal and external stakeholders relating to engineering work orders, including the assignment and tracking of outstanding orders, and closure of completed orders
Responsibilities:
\xe2\xa6\x81 Extract and assign work orders to contractors
\xe2\xa6\x81 Coordinate Field Engineers\xe2\x80\x99 and contractors\xe2\x80\x99 work activities
\xe2\xa6\x81 Handle 1st level of enquires via phone/ email regarding order status
\xe2\xa6\x81 Track work order status, escalate orders that exceed timeline or are not meeting SLA, follow up closely on cumulative outstanding orders
\xe2\xa6\x81 Update contractor schedule/ work order completion into tracking system
\xe2\xa6\x81 Verify contractors\xe2\x80\x99/ sub-contractors\xe2\x80\x99 invoices
\xe2\xa6\x81 Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications
Appropriate qualification in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
Preferably with hands-on project coordination related experiences
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Must be willing to perform administrative and data entry nature of work
