Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reliability Engineering and Analysis
- Conduct process reliability tests, analysis and reliability risk assessments
- Perform reliability monitoring and resolve monitoring issues
- Lead by engineers on reliability qualification projects and to resolve qualification issues
- Support lab operations
- Diploma in Engineering / Material Science
- Specialization in Wafer fabrication and Semiconductor modules has advantage
- Past experience as intern in Wafer Fabrication preferred
- Enjoy doing tests and is a hands-on person
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong initiative, able to multi-task and work in time constrained situations
