Location: Jalan Bukit Merah

Jobscope:

a) Administration and Record Management

1. Assists in department administrative matters such as coordinating meeting, minutes taking.

2. Preparing communication materials such as emails and eDM (electronic Direct Mail) to relevant stakeholders.

3. Manages users\' feedback regarding IT systems and IT access related issues.

4. Ensure proper filing of IT related documentations.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma with preferably 2 to 3 years working experience in healthcare.
  • Good writing skills, meticulous and organised with good planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in IT systems, web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, dynamic and responsible.
  • Able to work independently.
