Jobscope:
a) Administration and Record Management
1. Assists in department administrative matters such as coordinating meeting, minutes taking.
2. Preparing communication materials such as emails and eDM (electronic Direct Mail) to relevant stakeholders.
3. Manages users\' feedback regarding IT systems and IT access related issues.
4. Ensure proper filing of IT related documentations.
