Job Description


Job Purpose

You will be responsible to handle the Key Policy Services transactions for Life (Traditional and Investment-linked) and Accident & Health policies at Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) and deliver within stipulated service standards.

The Job

  • Handle the assessment and processing of policy alterations of Life (Traditional and Investment-linked) and Accident & Health policies, comprising of policy benefits, reinstatements, review and other policy admin transactions
  • Provide support in handing enquires/ appeals and managing feedbacks from touchpoints, including policyholders and financial representatives
  • Liaise with external parties like CPF Board and various medical institutions (e.g. private and restructured hospitals) as well as internal parties of financial representatives and policyholders
  • Provide requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, process improvement and defects
  • Assist with ad-hoc initiatives/ projects as assigned by the Unit and Section Heads
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
  • Highlight any potential concerns/ risks and proactively share best risk management practices
Qualifications

Our Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/ Diploma holder
  • Preferably 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in insurance or financial sector. Fresh graduates may apply
  • Ability to process transactions with accuracy and deliver within service standards
  • Systematic and neat, able to handle proper filling system
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and is customer-oriented
  • Good time management skills, able to prioritize work to ensure efficiency
  • Keen to learn with positive work attitude
  • High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
  • Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
