Job Description

Key Responsibilities :





Meet targets by increasing the profitability of existing portfolio, with focus on increasing deposits, customer count and fee income from FX, Banca and Cash Management products. Cross selling of our Bank's suite of products and regional network. Work closely with respective Portfolio Managers to review accounts on a regular basis to prevent non-compliance issues from arising Work closely with respective Portfolio Managers to ensure proper and timely submission of CDD reviews, adherence to compliance guidelines, statutory compliance and regulations. Perform operational processes in compliance with the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements. Engage in other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement:



Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Finance/Business/Economics/Project Management) At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Commercial/SME Banking sector In-depth knowledge of commercial banking products and services Project management and organisational skills Analytical and attention to details Written and communication skills Ability to multi task and manage various project elements * Stakeholders management
