Key Responsibilities: 1 Lead analysts to conduct research of targeted industries in southeast Asia for financing purposes 2 Lead the preparation of relevant documents required by the exchange, inclu Key Responsibilities: 1 Lead analysts to conduct research of targeted industries in southeast Asia for financing purposes 2 Lead the preparation of relevant documents required by the exchange, including investment reports, financing proposals, business plans, financial models, etc 3 Participate in both internal and external client meetings, fully grasp the types and needs of customers, highly accurately recommend investment institutions and confirm investment intention 4 Committed to outputting industry benchmark work results, providing professional guidance to analysts, and providing necessary support to other members of the team. Key Requirements: 1 Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of investment banking/consulting/private equity market experience preferred 2 Should have completed at least Two full-year cycles of investment banking or Private Equity, and have prior experience in leading due diligence work streams 3 Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines 4 Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent/ native English and Mandarin 5 Ability to liaise with clients at all levels and manage existing relationships; 6 High level of professionalism and integrity.
