What the role is:
The Lead/ Senior Associate (Capability & Organisation Development) plays a key role in the review, development and implementation of strategies and programmes in competency and leadership development. You will identify learning needs, curate training programmes, administer and shape policies and frameworks to develop the skills and competencies of our workforce to enhance organisational capability.
What you will be working on:
Areas of responsibilities include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with senior leadership to conceptualise and implement capability frameworks and programmes to build staff capability and talent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and organise seminars, webinars, and communities of practice within the organisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate and review learning and development programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage administrative functions such as budget, management reports, course nominations and attendance records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support corporate events.
