This role of an Associate Service Engineer is to develop code using Java and design a quality system for the transport industry. You will be reporting to the Manager. Shift work: 4days a week 12-hour shifts 7am - 7pm What you will be doing - Perform system maintenance and troubleshooting activities for a large-scale video surveillance system - Maintain critical systems to ensure service uptime and meet operational performance expectations - Executive action response for all onsite operational incidents and ensure all incidents are resolved within SLA - Perform all duties in a safe and orderly manner without interruptions to production and in accordance with approved procedures and company policies - Maintain good communication and relationship and among project team and customers - Report work discrepancies, defects and inconsistency - Generate daily maintenance reports - Others tasks and duties as assigned by superior and management Requirement What they are looking for - Possess NITEC or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / IT - At least 1-2 years of relevant experience or have basic knowledge of CCTV / network system - Experience in Microsoft productivity software - Willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule(4 days a week 12-hour shifts 7 am - 7 pm) Working Hour 7:00 19:00 Benefit What they are offering - Variable Bonus (Depending on the Company's and Individual's Performance) - Annual Leave: 12 days - Medical Leave - Insurance coverage - $400 Medical benefits and $840 flexible benefits per year - Will be entitled to shift and attendance allowance (approximately $400+/- per month)
