The Job:

The Associate to the CEO will act as a critical support role to the CEO and will be instrumental in executing strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, organized, and strategically-minded individual who is looking to grow within a dynamic, high growth startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and driving project deliverables.
• Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Manage and prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives concurrently.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and lead problem-solving efforts in order to resolve issues that impact operations.
• Foster effective teamwork and unity among the team and across the organization.
• Assist in building and strengthening internal systems and processes.

Requirements * Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, or related field.

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience with Project Management tools, Gannt Charts etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Team player who is also capable of working independently.
• Adaptable and resilient, with a willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks.
• Demonstrates leadership potential and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• More important that anything else: Ambitious, energetic, hungry, smart.
