DESIGNATION : Associate Trainer for Decision Intelligence

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • We are looking for enthusiastic and professional trainers to deliver training on extracting performance optimisation and breakthrough innovation from data.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer service ethic, excellent data analytical skills, exceptional facilitation skills, displays creativity and agility and handles ambiguity with ease.
  • Set up, administer, and assist with maintaining classroom equipment.
  • Conduct training needs analysis for corporate customers.
  • Partner with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies and solutions, and identify/implement and successfully manage the execution of the plan.
  • Craft out end-to-end pre and post course corporate solutioning
  • Contextualise programme objectives, desired learning outcomes, and performance metrics.
  • Customised delivery schedule to company\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
  • Conduct thought-mapping process to link company goals and objectives to solutions.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferably Degree Holder.
  • Preferably candidates with relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACTA/ACLP or DACE/DDDLP.


OTHER INFORMATION
  • At least 15 years of relevant working experience holding senior leadership position.
  • Strong data analytics, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage learners and provide fun while imparting values using games and activities.
  • Positive communication strategies to get clients to reflect and apply the concepts.
  • Proven experience on identifying market trends, opportunities, and channel insights from data to elevate business performance.
  • Proven experience in making decision through data analysis to improve customer experience, streamline workflow, and improve productivity.
  • Proven experience in examining the data sources to determine potential limitations which may impact insights and conclusions.
  • Proven experience in applying data analysis on information data to identify external factors that influence the immediate situation or hypothesis.
  • Proven experience in examining information on how customers make decisions to extrapolate the unknown-unknown.
  • Proven experience in analysing emotional and cognitive bias to derive actionable insights and conclusions.
  • Proven experience in formulating insights by evaluating patterns of behaviour.
  • Proven expertise in developing collaboration by seeing systems to consider potential impacts.
