Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.
DESIGNATION : Associate Trainer for Job Redesign

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We are looking for enthusiastic and professional trainers to conduct job redesign workshop which would help the enterprise and workforce to transform.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong customer service ethic, strong strategic management experience, exceptional facilitation skills, displays creativity and agility and handles ambiguity with ease.
  • Set up, administer, and assist with maintaining classroom equipment.
  • Co-develop curriculum and design training courses; Topics may include job analysis, job redesign, job evaluation, etc.
  • Administer training for designated learners with the ability to deliver, project and motivate learners through effective training methodologies both in groups and individual classroom dynamics.
  • Conduct needs assessment and identify performance gaps and implement training best practices.
  • Evaluate success of training implementation by assessing achievement of learning objectives and transfer of knowledge to continuously improve training solutions and identify future learning needs.
  • Provide support and mentoring for learners while conducting an evaluation and identify sections where improvements are needed.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferably Degree Holder.
  • Preferably candidates with relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACTA/ACLP or DACE/DDDLP.


OTHER INFORMATION
  • At least 15 years of relevant HR working experience holding senior leadership position.
  • Minimum of 3 years in instructional design, curriculum development and training delivery or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and engage learners and provide fun while imparting values using games and activities.
  • Positive communication strategies to get clients to reflect and apply the concepts.
  • Proven expertise in using Job Redesign model to identify and analyse job-related information, revise job content, alter job element, reform job description and specification and reshuffle job related tasks and duties.
  • Proven expertise in using and applying Job Rotation, Job Enlargement, and Job Enrichment in helping customer in specific job roles.
  • Proven expertise in using scientific management approach, quality of work life (QWL) approach or any similar job redesign approaches to ensure the productivity, efficiency and satisfaction of customer.
