Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end planning, creative development, and execution of marketing campaigns, including thematic platform and category campaigns for Cards products.
  • Collaborate and coordinate across both internal and external stakeholders, including working with internal key product managers, business analytics, and other marketing functions including performance marketing, brand, PR, and inhouse creative for campaign creation and optimisation.
  • Recommend and support in the development and implementation of new product features to enhance user experiences.
  • Conduct data analysis on campaign performance including against media/marketing metrics, business KPIs and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimisation, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance.
  • Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments, and leverage such trends and developments to optimise campaigns.
  • Drive experiments for test and learn and validate hypotheses to improve creative and media implementation.
  • Ensure brand governance is consistently applied across all marketing communications.
  • Manage budget projections and spends for effective A&P tracking and reporting.
  • Ideate event concepts and manage their rollout.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Possess a growth mindset in driving business to the next level.
  • Independent and positive in outlook. Never shy away from challenges and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong in communications and able to copywrite and present well.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations, meet deadlines and coordinate with counterparts across internal stakeholders (inhouse creative team, product managers) under tight timelines and pressure.
  • At least 2 years\' experience in product management experience for mobile consumer products and having knowledge of banking, cards or payments will be an advantage.
  • A good blend of creativity and execution excellence.
  • Understands the principles of driving customer engagement through paid and owned channels and conversational commerce.
  • An analytical and structured thinker. Have a good affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, and problem-solving.
  • Experienced in leading and working with advertising and media agencies.
