What the role is We are looking for a dynamic member to join us as an Associate/Senior Associate, Human Resource Business Partnership. As a HR Business Partner, you will enhance employee experience by providing seamless HR support to the business units in the following areas:
  • Timely and effective recruitment to enhance the retention of a pipeline of good quality candidates
  • Monitor probation, contract renewal, retirement and re-employment
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Leave Administration
  • Work Injury Compensation
  • Compensation including overtime, allowances, temporary salary processing, etc and working closely with the payroll staff
  • Review of HR policies and taking on projects that may be assigned to you from time to time
What we are looking for The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and must be meticulous, accurate, detailed oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken). Those who are familiar with public service policies, Employment Act and Workday System will have an advantage. A team player who is proactive, driven, resourceful and enjoy working with technology. Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager, Human Resource Business Partnership. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: Up to $3,500.00 per month Education:
  • Bachelor\'s or equivalent (Preferred)
