What the role is
You will develop and implement innovative talent attraction and retention strategies and programmes for MOF as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP).
What you will be working on
You will collaborate with different stakeholders to align the HR programmes and activities to our strategies and will partner with the other HR functional areas to deliver HR programmes and support. You will also provide effective advice to key stakeholders in the areas of Resourcing, Employee Compensation and Benefits, Retention and Career Development.
What we are looking for
• At least 2 years of experience as a HR professional
• Forward-thinking with a passion for people matters, a desire to serve people, and a commitment to excellence
• A team player, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage people at all levels
• Experience with HR data analytics
