They are looking an Associate/Senior Associate Real Estate Research Professional to join the Asia team in Singapore. This position sits in the Global Research team across Europe, the USA and APAC, and supports the Asia Pacific real estate business. Reporting to the Head of APAC Research, the successful candidate will support the real estate market intelligence, analysis and investment strategy for internal and external clients.Core Responsibilities

  • Providing support in the production of market insights for both the business and its clients. This includes analysing and explaining real estate trends and movements, forecasting real estate conditions and integrating both proprietary and third-party
  • Working with acquisitions, portfolio management and asset management teams providing opinions on proposed transactions and insight into relevant markets;
  • Assisting in the publication of Asia Pacific and Global research findings in presentations and reports;
  • Helping to develop the strategic thinking that underpins the Research Team\'s analysis of risks and opportunities, that gives rise to Asia Pacific and Global investment recommendations. This includes collaborating with other research colleagues in Europe and the U.S. on various research projects including contributing to Global Research
  • Responsible for periodic investors reporting and assist in investors marketing materials including presentations and assist in investors marketing materials including presentations and pitchbooks.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years relevant research experience in Asia Pacific, covering multiple real estate markets and sectors.
  • A capable and enthusiastic individual who is a self-starter, able to work under pressure and comfortable with taking the initiative.
  • A good first / second degree in a relevant area such as economics, real estate or finance.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
