Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business \xe2\x80\x93 they were made just right for you.ResponsibilitiesAs a branch and self-service banking specialist, primary responsibility is to analyse project data, track project progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, on target and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, experience in stakeholder management and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Streamline the available dataset for analysis to identify the operational resource requirement for Treasures and Retail Branch Banking.
• Utilise data analysis techniques to gather, interpret, and transform large datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance overall business performance.

• Data Collection and Management: Collaborate with various teams to identify and gather relevant data from different sources.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Apply statistical and analytical methods to analyse complex datasets and extract meaningful patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Business Performance Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on data-driven findings.
• Reporting and Communication: Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate and facilitate communication among stakeholders (i.e. Treasures, Retail Banking, Real Estate Project and Facility Management) to ensure project requirements alignment, and achieve project goals and objectives.
• Support the development of Business Case to the management on key business decisions.
• Deliver projects within schedule, scope and cost, including the coordination of end-to-end operational functions, people, system and business administration.
• Perform expense management through financial planning, monitoring and optimisation of spend for suppliers and equipment.
• Contribute to process improvement, identify new ways of doing thing to increase the efficiency of current practices.
• Participate in adhoc project and critical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience, experience in consumer banking environment will be preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate and facilitate communication among stakeholders
• Experience in data analysis techniques and ability to gather, interpret, and transform large datasets into actionable insights
• Ability to contribute to process improvement and identify new ways of doing things to increase efficiency
• Ability to deliver projects within schedule, scope and cost
