What the role is:

The Singapore Grand Prix is a motor race on the calendar of the FIA Formula One World Championship. Started in 2008, Singapore\'s F1 race is the first night and street race in the race calendar and remains Southeast Asia\'s only street circuit and night race. The race experience is complemented by a collection of lifestyle events under Grand Prix Season Singapore (GPSS), which provides another unique value proposition that further differentiates Singapore F1 from others. The F1 team is responsible for leading the whole-of-government effort to execute a world class event and showcase Singapore\'s ability to hold a large-scale sporting event to reap tourism receipts, visitor arrivals and international media value.

This role is to oversee facilities management at Pit Building/Storage Site, to handle land related and sustainability matters and to drive motorsports-related projects.

What you will be working on:

Facilities Management at Pit Building and Storage Site

• To manage the facilities management company in ensuring the upkeep of both sites and inventory of F1 equipment storage
• To manage the yearly Addition and Alteration (A&A) works and other ad-hoc maintenance/improvement works
• To work with Singapore GP in the construction and relocation to the new Storage Site
• To oversee and ensure compliance checks are met at both sites
• To manage Pit Building Tenancy Agreement (TA) and headlease renewal with SLA

\xe2\x80\x8bLand Issues

• To manage F1 Temporary Occupation Licences (TOLs); bulk and nominal
• To manage structural permits with technical agencies i.e. BCA, SCDF and URA for the construction of F1 structures
• To oversee the reinstatement works on Marina stakeholders boundary due to emergency lane setup
• To work with NParks on landscaping requirements

Sustainability

• To work with Singapore GP on expanding the sustainability initiatives and effort for the F1 SG race, develop/review roadmap and comms messaging
• To oversee the sustainability efforts by STB at Pit Building and Storage Site

Motorsports-related projects

• Drive new motorsports-related projects to bring in events that could add vibrancy to Singapore\'s sporting landscape and event calendar, as well as enhance Singapore\'s reputation as a leisure destination.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of working experience, having FM knowledge will be an advantage
• Strong Relationship building and stakeholder management skills, able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and to drive win-win solutions
• Self-driven individual and good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
• Good project management and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of Government procurement and compliance policies
• Good understanding of P&L analysis
