What the role is:You will be part of the team that develops arts infrastructure frameworks in partnership with key government agencies to diversify spaces for the arts in Singapore and works with venue owners to integrate the arts into the Civic District and Bras Basah Bugis precincts.Your role includes the following areas:Assist in research projects on arts infrastructure, including data collection and reviews:Analyse complex datasets using statistical methods and data visualisation toolsPresent findings and recommendations to guide policy formulation and decision-makingDevelop and maintain a comprehensive online directory of arts spaces and resourcesProject Management and Support:Assist in infrastructure planning projects, focusing on tender processing and procurementImplement and oversee e-filing systems for efficient documentation managementCreate automated processes to streamline workflows and increase productivityDesign data visualisations and dashboards to communicate key insights effectivelyAdministrative and Financial Duties:Manage tenant relationships, including invoice requests and regular communicationMaintain and update tenancy master list with accurate and current informationConduct daily audits of operational processes to ensure compliance and efficiencyAdminister paperwork for tenancies and leases, ensuring all legal requirements are metData Management and Governance:Perform data cleaning and quality assurance checks on various datasetsRequirements:Good University Degree in any fieldAt least 2 years of experience in leasing / tenancyRelevant experience in process automation or business research would be advantageousProficient in Microsoft suite of offeringsFamiliarity with CRM tools will be advantageousMeticulous and detail orientedStrong communication (verbal and written) skills and able to work independentlyAbout National Arts Council:The National Arts Council champions the arts in Singapore.
