Summary:
- Responsible for elevating the guest experience and amplifying Tipsy Collective standards.
- Communicate with all service team staff members if guests express the desire to order menu items.
- Engage with guests in different areas throughout the day; areas include but are not limited to the beach game area, DJ dancing positions, host stand, and bottle presentations.
- Create and enhance the VIP experience.
- All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all Tipsy Collective policies and procedures.
- Greet incoming guests in an upbeat and relaxed manner consistently
- Execute bottle presentations with a high level of energy
- Engage guests to play beach games in a designated games area
- Dance during designated times on DJ booth platform
- Communicate VIP arrivals and special needs to relevant team members
- Pass any important guest info to Host team to input into CRM system
- Menu knowledge of packages and offerings
- Complete knowledge of venue floorplan and table numbers
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner
- Successfully communicate with management team
- Ability to communicate in basic English with guests and co-workers. Additional languages are a plus.
- Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene.
- Make-up, hair, and all stylings should be in line with Tipsy Unicorn standards.
- Maintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while always upholding a warm and friendly persona.
- Willing to work in a party atmosphere that can be loud and high energy.
- Able to work on your feet for hours at a time.
- Punctual and detail oriented.
