ORGANIZATION

You will report directly to the Head of Finance & Corporate Affairs within ATR EASTERN SUPPORT organization ( Singapore).

MISSION

• AES IT network and equipment\xe2\x80\x99s management
• AES IT network architecture maintenance and upgrades
• AES Users\xe2\x80\x99 Support

ACTIVITIES

The position requires technical knowledge of information systems as well as IT communication protocols (network and applications).

With the support of IT Central Directorate (Information and Digital Transformation division), you will be responsible for the \xe2\x80\x9crun\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cbuild\xe2\x80\x9d of the systems and infrastructures of IT on Singapore.

This implies:

• Proposing the best solutions and best compromise options to combine users\xe2\x80\x99 needs as well as ensuring IT standards and security
• Being in charge of maintaining and developing the current systems.

Main Activities

In your capacity as technical engineer, you will endorse responsibility security and network ATR\xe2\x80\x99s IT. You will have to:

• Ensure performance and reliability of AES IT network

• By performing an assessment of AES IT Network and Servers architecture
• By setting up Servers and Network equipment\xe2\x80\x99s
• By Defining and scheduling upgrades
• By ensuring compatibility of AES IT equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, AES users equipment, Network an server\xe2\x80\x99s equipment with ATR Central IT Directorate standards
• Define AES IT equipment\xe2\x80\x99s development and replacement plan/policy for the next 5 to 10 years

• By doing the inventory and identification of all IT equipment\xe2\x80\x99s
• By scheduling users equipment\xe2\x80\x99s replacement
• By scheduling Network equipment\xe2\x80\x99s replacement
• By defining stocks required for new users and failed equipment\xe2\x80\x99s replacement
• Establish and update documentation (Schematics, inventory, mapping for example)

• For IT equipment pool
• For IT network
• For Servers
• For telecommunication connections
• Monitor and Control AES IT subcontractor activities

• By defining priorities
• By ensuring the follow up of the subcontracted activities
• By ensuring alignment of the processes with ATR Central IT Directorate processes

PROFILE

• At least an IT or telecommunication Engineering School diploma or a University diploma in IT (network maintenance and network architecture)
• Knowledge in IT Infra / Network architecture set up
• Knowledge in IT Infra / Network maintenance
• Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft suite
• Knowledge on change management
• English or French language knowledge
