The Role

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals involved in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of ear disorders in children and adults.

Key accountabilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic audiological tests to identify and assess hearing and balance disorders in adults
• Perform electrophysiological assessment and age-appropriate behavioural tests in babies and children with suspected hearing loss and/or speech delays including central auditory processing disorder (CAPD) tests
• Provide consultation and recommendations in the selection, fitting, verification and review of hearing aids and assistive listening devices for children and adults
• Perform intra-operative assessments, switch-on and mapping for cochlear implants, BAHA and other implantable devices
• Administer tinnitus assessment and questionnaires, provide counselling, treatment options and/or management strategies for tinnitus patients
• Assist in administrative matters and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic
• Demonstrate professional patient care and participate effectively as a dynamic team player

• Bachelor with Honours or Master Degree in Audiology
• Relevant work experience of 2 years is preferred
• Clinical experience with children will be an advantage
• Registered full member of the Society for Audiology Professionals (Singapore) or other accredited professional Audiology organizations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer literacy
