Position SummaryWe are seeking for a highly motivated, independent, and technically strong professional to join our Audit Technical and Training team. As a manager, you will be part of the team to provide technical research and consultations to our auditors. You will also review and develop training program and materials in line with the firm's training plan.Key Roles and Responsibilities Technical research and consultations - writing technical publications; review, revision and development of technical working paper templates and training materials; as well as co-ordination, facilitation and/or conduct of technical training sessions. Training - Review and develop training program with reference to the effectiveness of the training program; coordination, facilitation and/or conduct of trainings; and monitoring of the CPE hours clocked by the audit professionals. Other ad-hoc projects that may require your involvement.Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification 5 - 6 years of audit experience, preferably from an international public accounting firm Deep passion to specialize in technical and training Ability to work independently Good verbal and written communication skills Good analytical, organizational and interpersonal skillsAn attractive remuneration and employees' benefits package awaits the successful candidate.Interest applicants, please submit your applications here.
