We operate in the Asia-Pacific region: South East Asia (SEA), China, India and Australia with more than 35 offices and 250+ employees.Pumas Automation & Robotics Pte Ltd offers Industrial Automation Solution in South East Asia region to help our customers achieve their goals. We currently offer solutions on equipment level like control, motion & drives, robotics, machine vision, Furthermore, we have developed our own software solutions for the process/management level such as energy monitoring, productivity, traceability (MES) and factory monitoring & control (SCADA).In order to better serve our customers during today's Industry 4.0 transformation into smart factories, we are forming a new engineering team to create IIoT solutions. As a founding member you will have the special opportunity to create novel applications, use cutting edge technologies and establish new standards in the field of IIoT, software and data analytics.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering and hands-on support to IIoT and industrial automation projects.
• To setup, configure, program controllers and gateway.
• To perform machine wiring and assembly.
• To perform machine alignment, IO check and trouble-shooting.
• To carry out machine installation, testing, commissioning and debugging.
• To involve in machine buy-off.
• To perform on-site service and support.
• Troubleshoot automation issues by hardware or instrument, program setting/bug, and connection issue.
• Knowledge in Mitsubishi PLC, Genesis64, Contec, Wonderware SCADA to troubleshoot automation-related issues in discrete automation and process control systems.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec/Diploma in Automation/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Good Knowledge in PLC, HMI, Motion Control (Servo System & AC Drive) and Industry Field Network such as Modbus, CC Link IE, RS485, Ethernet IP, Profinet, Wireless Network such as WIFI, LORA, Zigbee.
• Knowledge of basic programming language / tool: C#.
• Exposure in general industry providing technical support in factory automation such as production and packaging lines.
• Ability to work independent, self-motivated and willingness to work overtime.
• Provide periodic reports of project status and progress to management.
• Good computer literacy.
