School Campus Environment
Location: West Area
Working Day: 5 Days work week


Jobs Responsibilities:
Provide on-site Level 1 & 2 Support in relation to IT/AV- related service disruptions
IT/ AV technical support, in relation to PCs, mobile devices, AV equipment, as well as software’s
Diagnose and troubleshoot IT/AV equipment faults and application errors
Communicate with users and Level 2 Support Team to resolve queries
Keep track of the IT/AV asset movements, maintain technical documentation
Carry out readiness checks and maintenance of equipment
Perform post-resolution follow-ups
Other ad-hoc task as assigned


Requirements:
Singaporean Only
Minimum Diploma/Degree Information Technology or its related field
Knowledge on software, hardware, servers, and network operations is a plus
