JOB SCOPE

Job Responsibilities

• To produce CAD drawings (2D and/or 3D) for event setup and audio visual productions using CAD drawing tools and 3D modeling and rendering tools.
• To assist design event layout and illustrations for clients, internal stakeholders and submissions to relevant authorities using CAD (Computer Aided Design) and drafting software like AutoCAD & CAST WYSIWYG.
• Design, conceptualize and create event illustration and/or technical layouts depicting AV setup (truss, lighting, audio, video etc.) and to produce render videos and images for event design visualization.
• Support Planning & Production Team in AV and content design and pre-event production.
• To make changes and modifications on the deliverable / effects during live events as directed by the production manager / show director.
• To meet up with clients (both internal and external) to convert ideas to deliverable digital outputs and apply to events.
• To apply 3D modeling tools / programming tools to create 3D, VR and AR object for live events such as 3D model rendering and video content creation using Unreal Engine & Adobe Premiere Pro or export from other 3d rendering tools.
• Ability to understand and design based on verbal instructions given by HODs or reporting manager.
• Support Planning & Production Team in on-site changes / modifications during live event production.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships and professional communication skills with team members and client contacts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification

• Diploma in Information Technology / Digital Arts and Animation / Digital Media and Communications.
• Professional training in AutCAD / Sketchup / WYSIWYG and similar CAD drawing tools.
• Professional training in CG production.

Experience & Competency

• 2D & 3D graphic design and modeling and CG Production.
• Knowledge in Digital Marketing, Social Media Advertising.
• Understand and use of design tools such as Unreal / Unity / Autocad / SketchUp / Adobe Designer Pack / Photoshop / Javascript / C++ / Visual Basic will be advantageous.
