Job Description
& Requirements
(i) AV-IT set-up in classrooms and meeting rooms - Plan and prepare AV-IT equipment and support for CSC business and operations
(ii) Incident management - Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve AV-IT issues to ensure seamless business and operations
(iii) Management of assets and loans - Manage AV-IT assets and loans for business and operational sustainability
(iv) Support end users in training programmes, events and meetings
(v) Professional advisory partnership
(a)
All training facilities in the CSC which includes training rooms, seminar rooms, syndicate rooms, auditorium and VIP Lounge.
(b)
All meeting rooms (including conference room, boardroom), discussion rooms, in CSC.
(c)
Common areas where AV-IT infrastructure and equipment are set up and deployed for CSC business and operations e.g. Display TVs, Projectors, iPads as digital signages
(d)
All storerooms in which the spare/float equipment are stored, maintained, serviced, repaired and testing conducted; and
(e)
Any other external training venues as and when directed by the CSC during the Contract Period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,100.00 - $3,200.00 per month
