The Responsibilities:

• Provide practical business solutions for challenges in processes and technology
• Spearhead transformative initiatives in Asia from conceptualization to implementation
• Effectively navigate and mitigate risks and dependencies in comprehensive bank-wide change endeavors
• Offer specialized expertise in business and technical analysis, supporting robust project management
• Foster collaboration among regional units, project teams, and global domain owners
• Act as the main liaison in Asia for global initiatives, partnering with the Regulatory and Business Development team in Europe
• Coordinate IT enhancement requests and supervise the full system change lifecycle
• Provide routine updates to the Asia executive committee on the progress of key initiatives

The Requirements:

• A degree holder
• Proactively execute tasks with a "can-do" attitude, demonstrating strong multitasking skills and timely delivery
• Exhibit flexibility, drive, and a hands-on approach, paying meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels
• Showcase substantial experience in change management within private banking
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of business and operational topics
• With 5-7 years of hands-on project management experience in Private Banking
• Possess qualifications in process management and project management
• Experience or working knowledge with Avaloq is advantageous
