Responsibilities Day to day management of the key AI/ML marketing engagement model including development and management of key control reports, monitoring and execution support Manage the processing of leads against Contact policy, DNC & Marketing preferences Facilitate the downstream connectivity between the relevant marketing systems to enable automated execution Implementation of new capabilities to enhance the AIML engine Lead discussions on technical solutioning for new AIML marketing capabilities with Tech, Data Science, Data Analytics and product / Segment Owners Translate business requirements into data & analytical requirement Perform analysis to understand issues, opportunities, results, drivers Technical experience Strong understanding of campaign management systems, content management and MarTech delivery engines including UNICA Proficient in coding and debugging existing codes using Python and SAS Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and handling large set of data from multiple source systems Understanding of RDBMS and No-Sql databases and data management Designing and programming Campaign Optimization process Experience in campaign management, AI/ML implementation, project management and implementation Non-technical experience Relevant working experience in financial services, campaign delivery, data management and analytics Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive Good interpersonal and communication skill Degree in Banking/Finance, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer or related disciplines Minimum degree qualification, advanced degree will be preferred Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
