Job Purpose

Lead to build new payment capabilities for PayLah! and drive growth strategies for overseas usage

Principle Accountability

Lead to build new payment capabilities for PayLah! including new payment features, overseas expansion etc

Review of possible partnerships to expand PayLah! payment capabilities, including evaluating the business case, customer journey, technical approach and preparing the business proposal, risk assessment, partnership contract

Feature owner that cuts across customer experience, compliance, risk, regulatory, and operations management

Develop growth strategies to drive PayLah! overseas usage through customer comms and campaigns

Hands-on experience managing multiple stakeholders that cut across product, partners, technical, operations, regulatory and compliance teams that touch various technical platforms and able to deliver to deadlines

Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organisation

Strong ability to understand the different landscapes of digital payment, comfortable to work with technical specs and terms

An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of working experience in banking or digital business

Financial services and/or digital payment experience will be advantageous

Prior project management experience, especially in API integration and/or lead for initiative

Education / Preferred Qualifications

University Degree, preferably majored in Banking, Business Management and Finance

Demonstrate flexibility when addressing shifting or competing priorities

Proven ability to influence large teams without direct leadership authority

Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work under-pressure

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Organized and good time management
