As a Digital Product Manager, this role will be part of Regional Customer Segments and Customer Science team who are building the end-to-end platform for over 8000 consumer bank staff across front office, middle office and operations; for mass market, priority banking and private bank.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Country team for Client Connect adoption and implementation of new platform enhacements
  • Partner with technology to ensure delivery, scope and dependency management
  • Work closely with Country Business Stakeholders, Channels and Product Teams
  • Work closely with design team to conceptualize and optimize customer journey
  • Data Driven: Conceptualize and execute the vision for DBS wealth management, all in an agile way, applying key principles of our data driven operating model, with clearly defined drivers and outcomes, and a unique ability to track and improve on the business impact
  • Change Management: Work closely with Change management team to ensure smooth functions implementation without impacting ongoing activities
  • Collaboration: Co-create strategies/plans with multiple teams, drive consensus with multiple functional teams from controls, technology, country and regional and establish mutual wins
Requirements
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Wealth management and customer segments
  • Excellent Business Process and/or Project Management experience
  • Pro-active and highly independent individual
  • Effective communication skill
  • Time Management and Ability to work under tight timeline
  • "Can-do" attitude and strong commitment to deliver business objectives
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Change Agent - ability to embrace change positively and effectively
