Talent & Organisation Strategies

You will oversee employer brand, talent strategy and organisational development to drive sustained high performance for GIC.

What impact can you make in this role?

You will be part of the Employer Brand (EB) team positioning GIC as the top-of-mind employer of choice across our 11 offices. Our aim is to deliver a consistent employer brand across channels to convey our compelling employer value proposition for both graduate recruitment and experienced hires. We work closely with the business to hone fit-for-purpose messages for targeted populations. We work closely with top creative agencies to deliver impactful content.

What will you do as an AVP, Employer Brand, Human Resource & Organization Department?

The AVP for Employer Brand reports into the Employer Brand Lead. This person will have a strong seat at the table to shape our EB strategy and drive its effective execution across multiple domains.

Strategy

In the context of a small and nimble team, influence our overall EB strategy with the aim of conveying the \'fresh spirit\' of GIC to the next generation of talent.

Work with the EB Lead to hone supporting value proposition articulation and key messages, both visually and in written form.

Continue to evolve our employer brand guidebook over time to ensure relevance and coherence.

Campaigns

Oversee all social media campaigns across media channels.

Support employer marketing events.

Work with creative agency partners to stage larger campaigns.

Generate own written and design content for smaller initiatives.

Analytics

Monitor and analyse employer brand and marketing performance metrics across channels: content viewership, content engagement, and target audience perceptions (inputs), as well as recruitment outcomes (outputs)

Develop a dashboard for ongoing tracking.

Recommend pivots and actions based on insights from the data.

What makes you a successful candidate?

5+ years of advertising, marketing and/or corporate communications experience in a top-tier organisation.

Strong copywriting skills, understanding of social media and Google Analytics.

Strong project management skills to execute projects strategically and efficiently.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.

Grit, can-do spirit, ready to hit the ground running and get things done on brief and on time.

Experience with managing junior employees would be a plus.
