Execute against key Business Management and strategy functions, including Group Mid Cap and SME business mgmt. cadences and processes
Set-up and maintain regional Operating Model
Work with in-market business management and other colleagues to refine operating model
Lead the planning and preparation for key meetings and initiatives, e.g., mgmt. meetings, budget, scorecard, planning, Productivity, Strategic Cost mgmt.., change mgmt.., and special initiatives
Run regular management cadence meetings at group level
Work with Mid Cap/SME regional heads and Mid Cap/SME market heads and range of stakeholders (e.g., Finance, HR, IBG COO teams) to deliver against KPIs and priorities
Update/maintain Group Mid Cap/SME strategy and business plans
Mid Cap/SME Sales Management Office (SMO)
Co-create and refine the Group Mid Cap / SME Sales Management model and office
Support the SMO, primarily around portfolio health and pipeline management analytics
Requirements
University degree
5+ years finance experience, SME banking or Business a plus
Asia work experience, in Singapore and/or HK. Other markets (Indonesia, Taiwan, China, India) is a plus.
Strategy experience and/or Corporate Relationship Manager experience a plus
Able to perform in a matrix organisation regional structure with good alignment skills
