Job Description

This position is responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, to achieve HR goals and objectives, and ensure operational excellence through continuous process improvement and use of technology.Manpower Planning- Work with all business leaders to Align the organization's business plan and build a manpower plan with accuracy for staffing forecasts and capacity planning. Identify and prioritize current and future talent needs, and deploy a supporting recruiting strategy.- Perform data analytics to identify key staffing needs, trend patterns and support the monthly forecasting process.- Manage manpower budget and provide advice and support to hiring manager for internal / external hiring and re-skilling of employees.Employee Engagement and Culture Development- Drive, and continuously improve the employee experience end to end, throughout the employee life cycle.- Facilitate action planning discussions with business leaders to identify and implement programs, processes, actions, and resource to foster an inclusive and coherent culture.- Regularly update communication channels and provide support to business leaders in rolling out activities to communicate progress of the employee engagement activities.- Ensure proper process in place to handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, terminations, and investigations.Operational Excellence and Function Evaluation- Build strong partnerships with business leaders across the organization to understand trends, business needs, business direction and business strategy to deliver solutions on all HR levers, which include reorganization, role re-definition, career development, performance management, etc., that support positive business outcomes.- Analyse trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.- Outline the business impact and risks in connection with labour relations, including ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements.- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law, and conduct feasibility and impact study.- Drive innovations, enhancements and efficiencies in HR processes and systems; develop approach for initiatives and implementation and continuously evolve effective and efficient processes that enhance employee experience.Learning and Development- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees and meet the current and future needs of the company.- Work collaboratively with business leaders, to ensure program delivery effectiveness.- Monitor and regularly assess the quality and effectiveness of training/program delivery and provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistent effective performance.People Management and Performance- Provide support and guidance to HR team when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing, terminations, and resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.- Train, counsel, and coach HR staff.Requirement Degree in HR Management or related fields, with minimum 10 year of relevant and hands-on experience, with good exposure to various aspects of the HR functions Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
