The AVP Legal and Compliance will be responsible on the following legal and compliance functions:
- Land Management - Conduct legal due diligence on properties that the Company wants to acquire. Aside from the due diligence, he/she will oversee the land use reclassification and conversion of the properties to ensure that the plans of the Company for the property will be implemented.
- Contracts Management
- Assist in the Legal and Compliance Management
