Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

  • As a Martech Tech lead, you will have a proven record of delivering scalable, resource intensive, integrated, analytical solutions specialized on Martech area
  • Enabled tech driven capabilities to digital marketing initiatives across owned channels (e.g., web, mobile, email), paid media channels (e.g., search, display, social) and drive enablers such as reporting, analytics, personalization, decisioning, testing etc
  • Manage Web & App analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer and Customer Data Management (CDP) platform technologies like Tealium
  • To deliver projects within the allocated budget to an agreed scope and schedule with an acceptable risk profile and aligned with appropriate change frameworks while maintaining quality and stability of underlying systems
  • Able to project manage and allocated development capacity to completing scheduled task.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, during the SDLC. Get development team\'s buy-in into accepting the design for implementation
  • You work very actively work with internal and extended development team across tribes to produce solutions tailored for the project.
  • Able to work closely with the applications teams and other architects to drive high quality application development, raising the bar of engineering practices and value adding to the technical delivery.
  • Ability to phase delivery of solutions such that it can meet immediate needs, while building towards the long-term strategic solution
  • Ability to effortlessly switch gears from executive summary view for leadership to first-hand discussion with practitioners
  • You will contribute to the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of the omni channel marketing and technology platform stack, collaborating closely with stakeholders in marketing and internal IT teams
  • You will function as primary liaison with internal IT teams, business team and external marketing technology service providers like Adobe, Appsflyer etc
  • Not afraid to "roll up the sleeves\xe2\x80\x9d and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn - pushes teams to do the same
  • You will define the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of the omni channel marketing and technology platform stack, collaborating closely with stakeholders in marketing and internal IT teams
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree or a degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Engineering Marketing or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 7-10 years of overall experience in implementing and leading large-scale software applications in an agile environment preferably from Financial industry
  • Deep understanding of Digital Marketing & Marketing Technology, with strong ability to understand / translate / map out and construct customer journeys as well as user story functional / non-functional specifications / requirements from end-users needs & business requirements
  • Strong technical background in MarTech platforms, with the ability to accurately estimate scope and sizing from business requirements for prioritisation of team capacity & backlog
  • 3-5 years of implementation experience working with Marketing Technology & Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Appsflyer, Adobe RTCDP / Tealium CDP)
  • 2+ years in web/app development skills including JavaScript HTML and JQuery
  • Experience creating delivery capability from the ground up and building talented teams including the balance of onshore and offshore model.
  • Experience on Agile Development Methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins & bitbucket.
  • Data modelling experience in both Relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure components like webservers, app servers, plugins, connection pooling, SLB, firewalls etc.
  • Familiar with React.JS, Java Spring Framework/Spring Cloud.
  • Experience in designing and coding scalable Microservices
  • Certification in AWS, Java, J2EE, Scrum is an added advantage.
  • Experience with enterprise marketing solutions like Unica Campaign, Unica Interact will be a plus
